RINCON VALLEY

Nestled on the east side of Santa Rosa, CA, is the community known as Rincon Valley. A desirable area that has a strong sense of community. Rincon Valley is known for it's great schools, parks, shopping and easy access to State Parks. This community is also very active in youth sports and has the some of the best private and public schools in Sonoma County.

Portions of Rincon Valley were built in the 1960's and 1970's and some portions weren't built until after the turn of the century. Home prices range from $350,000 to over $1,000,000. Rincon Valley has it's own parks, elemtary schools, middle school, high school, library and fire department. Public services including law enforcement are provided by the City of Santa Rosa.
